you know what, your question conjured up many pictures in my head about why you need a waterproof web cam!! surely you mean a normal recording cam, i mean does your dad wanna telecast the images for other tropical fish lovers? im confused!

Yes... OR just use a light weight clear bag to pull taunt over the lens, then use rubber band to seal it to cord.

i dont think they have those yet, but they do have waterproof camers. get that then just down load your images and movies. they are cheap also.
