it depends on your needs and your life style. I used to spend about 600 dollars a month when we were only two. now i spend more than double since we have a kid now!

Wow - that is a tough one. Especially in September when it is back to school, back to soccer, back to dance class... and all the stuff that goes along with those activities. I h ave spent at least $2500. on those things alone!!
On an average month, my family of four (my husband, myself and 2 kids) - aside from mortgage, utilities, etc... we spend aprox. $1500. per month. That would be groceries, gas, entertainment, etc...

My husband and I spend a little over $3000 and most of that goes towards paying our mortgage. We have no kids.

that depends of what do you like to eat,how offten u like to go and by a new things for u or youre husbant,depends of so manny things,and every mouth it's like no other month,sometimes you spend mutch monney than u did spend last month for example.

1100 going out (this goes away when you have kids...)
400 supermarket
800 random shopping cholth, tools.....
