unfortunately, your barking up the wrong tree...if the said aliens actually used some form of "medical implements" on you ..those were your words...then it would be out side the scope of claims for sexual abuse.. unless you could some how get them to admit it to a third party on record, or themselves in court...i doubt very much the alien would appear there given the relative short sightedness of our judicial system in not including serving a summons outside of this planets atmosphere...now the less you could try and go the way of the A.M.A... and by that course remove said " medical implements " from said aliens use of privy..but you need to keep in mind that this would only be binding of this planet, and the before mentioned, accused alien could do the same on other plants...i,d get a big , nasty dog if i were you..

I don't think I was probed or anything, but I do now have an odd metallic like, small, cylinder in my pinkie finger. Found it a week ago, ask my husband " what the hell is this?" He has no idea. LOL. Seriously tho, I do have something in my finger, and doubt it was aliens. I may just watch to much X-files.
But sounds like you have a great case there. And I didn't report you at all.:)

I don't see a jurisdictional issue...unless it was beyond Neptune. Damned astronomers put Pluto on th non-planet list and it changed jurisdictions...then you are screwed...LOL get it.....you're screwed...the aliens...the probe......well, anyway. I wish there were an immigration lawyer here with the answer to the Pluto issue.
Good suing!

Not that i'm aware of, but there is a company that offers alien abaduction insurance. It is a million dollar policy to be paid out at 1 dollar imcriments annually. Of course, proving one was abducted is another matter.

You should report it to the US Air Force. It is their responsibiltiy to protect our borders from aerial attacks.
You might be able to sue them for negligence.
You should consult the most expensive attorney available.

if your country don't have an extradition treaty with the aliens , what use is a lawsuit? if your president is someone like Mr. Bush , you could ask him for help. if he so feels , he might bomb them.

no, the court doesn't have jurisdiction, both because they can't issue a summons and because said incident presumably took place outside the country
