Use a band aid to cushion the area when wearing your new shoes, i just means that your shoes have to be broken in, you will need to keep wearing them to do this and therefore keep alot of bandaids handy.

get a band aid for ue ankle. then rub a lil oil or wax on ur new shoes.. it become softer though.

use some cushion like band aid, hmm, i guess it's but natural that if it's a new shoes your feet will ache... maybe because its new and the leather is not yet that flexible.

Put flesh colored bandaids on the backs of your heals. If your wearing something that may reveal the bandaids wear nylons.
