it's not good to take vitamins with soda but it's not bad, it's just that some might not be absorbed in your system, so it's just a waste of money. you can do with any fruit juice and it's better if it's fresh and not the powdered kind.

Soda contains CO2 (carbondioxide gaseous state). Your vitamins may contains some antioxidant. Obsviously it will contradicted.
So with plain water or juice is better.

"Good"? Well, taking them with water is best, but soda or (most) juices is ok.

(The ridiculous comment about CO2 and antioxidants above shows just how poorly some people understand science!! There is no relationship between the two.)

Can't comment on the "good" aspect, but I always take them with soda. If I take them with water, I get an upset stomach.

Nature does not grow pills! I think what you are after can be found in fresh fruits, dark green vegetables, meat and fish along with eight glasses of water per day.

vitamin supplements are fine to take and sometimes necesssary with our fast paced schedules but it's important to take them with a small coating of food in your system or they can react harshly and may make you queasy

I would say water or milk, the acid in both of them will burn them down so they dont sink into your blood stream. so drink em with milk or water or something non acidic.
