Haha great question and if I had the answer I would make "Anti-Spousal-Snore-Kit" and make millions. Hate to say it but I suggest investing a few dozen pairs of sturdy earplugs... or a soundproof box to sleep in haha good luck!

Try getting him/her those nasal strips advertised on TV.From what I have heard they work very well.If that doesn't work and it's really bad he/she may need to see a doctor. There may be some problem that can be treated by a doctor.Worse case scenario, until you can get some help, try getting to sleep before your partner. That's what I do,if not I spend half the night elbowing him and telling him to turn over.Laying on your back tends to make it worse.I've read where people have actually somehow put like a tennis ball on their back to prevent them from rolling over onto it.Good luck!!

If your spouse is overweight, not likely to stop. Sleep on side, raise headboard end of bed higher than feet or try breatheright strips.

Good luck!

Make him sleep on his side. If that doesn't work, make sure your husband is slanting too much. When he slants, his mouth opens up which lets air in. It's all about position and posture.
