In a nut shell, I guess my answer is no. Now, the Why Not part; first of all, I think love in a crock of crap. All this, "I can't live without you" stuff is just ridiculous. What's important starting out is that two people LIKE one another, like being together, going places together, like talking to each other. Then, as time goes by, a bond is formed. The couple comes to trust and rely on each other, to each be confident of the others fidelity and judgment. Those marriages last. The ones founded on desperate and undying love flop the first time somebody leaves the top off the toothpaste tube.

the best marriage is arranged-love marriage. A love marriage at the cost of your family is not advisable. At the same time an arranged marriage at the cost of your love is also a burden. an arranged love marriage...which comes either way...and is acceptable by both families is the best.
be it love first and then arrangement, or arrangements first and love afterwards. It's always better to be on your family's side. Sometimes love seems so precious that family advice sounds cruel...on such ocassions hangone for an year or two...let your emoitons take concrete shape...and then only decide.

I don't have any disagreement with love to marriage or marriage to love. Purpose of marriage and the values you afford to it is the main issue!

Yes. I believe that marriage is sacred. It is something that should be respected and honoured. And in order for two people to respect and honour their relationship and each other, I think, it is important for them to love one another.
