1st go to any websites to upload your musics (www.multiply.com) [if you do not have an account, you'll need to sign up] after uploading the music you chose, right click on the music file. then click properties. later, there will be a new window pops up. there, you will see the ''music URL''. copy it and then paste it in your blog's customize.
OR
you can just copy music codes (which only have music) at www.divine-music.net and paste it in your blog. =)

1st, i dont know what you mean by Music URL. is there any particular topic about music you are interested of? anyway, if youre looking for band/artist sites, go to www.launch.com and browse the for the name of the artist. theyve got links for official page or fan page.
