Go to a professional first. Every major city has a highly regarded spa that offers more than a basic pedicure. You want the works where they have a serious regimen that they apply to your feet. When my wife came home from one of these places it was as if they cut her feet off and replaced them with brand new ones. Her feet were super soft, silky, and smooth. Also, a good spa will sell the products they use to treat your feet and tell you what to do to keep them that way. Trust me, it's worth the money. Nice feet are any woman's secret weapon.

I don't know if they have this where you come from, but there's a product called Eulactol Heel Balm and it's REALLY good.Using it every night and a pumice stone maybe once a week does wonders. Also, my pharmacist said that wearing thongs or any shoe that "slaps" your feet when you walk will make the problem worse.

You can scrub with a pumice stone, but they seem really harsh to me, so I'd recommend too scrubbing with a warm, wet wash cloth instead. Scrub sparingly with the pumice stone, or daily with the wet wash cloth, especially after your shower/bath. Wash and scrub your feet every night, apply Vaseline or some other kind of petroleum jelly, put on cotton socks, then go to sleep. Do this for several weeks, or until your feet are soft again.
