Mild soap and tea tree oil should do the trick, as suggested. I would try the first application at night so that if your skin's sensitive to the oil, the redness will be gone by morning. You can also dilute the tea tree with an unscented moisture cream if it's too strong to apply in full strength.

Far as I know, the marks won't go completely, but you can make them less visible. Try Himalaya's Fairness cream to tone the skin evenly.

Also, stop using soap for washing the face - use their Gentle Face Wash Gel (oily skin) or Cream (normal skin) depending on your skin type. Works beautifully so you never have an acne/pimple problem!
