You can't be both her lover and her doctor. She wants an equal relationship with you, not one where you are diagnosing her illnesses.
Take advantage of a higher authority that she respects. Respectfully suggest that if she won't listen to you, then perhaps she would listen to her parents or her doctor--which is who intend to call next if she doesn't start listening to you.
Sometimes loving someone means doing what needs to be done, even if it means it may cause some upset.
(by asking this question, I assuming that things are going in a direction that makes you nervous. if she's been the same weight for a long time and she's healthy, then deal with having a skinny gf. There are worse fates you could suffer.)

I'm not a guy, but would like to add my comments. Your girlfriend sounds as though she's anorexic. She won't listen to you because every time she looks in the mirror she sees a fat person staring back. Also, anorexia is a form of control. This is her way of controlling her body and her life. It's a psychological disorder and she probably needs to seek the advice of a counsellor specialising in this particular area to help her through this difficult time. Only when your girlfriend's come to terms with whatever it is that is troubling her will she feel she can eat again. Don't force her, just be supportive and maybe with help from her family try to encourage her to see a counsellor. Good luck

I am not a guy ... but when I was very thin last year and lost over two stone (I was already slim) my husband tried everything with me.
He made me big meals, brought me loads of chocolate and crisps etc.
But at the end of the day, you g/f herself has got to admit that she has a problem, and its about being true to herself.
No matter how many people told me how thin I was I just didnt believe them. Until finally one day at work I passed out in the kitchen. They I had to go to the docs and he put me on some tabs to make me feel better within myself, it was that or an eating disorder clinic.
Assure her that you love her and that you are there for her whatever happens in life etc. Tell her shes beautiful and that you are just worried about her as she seems very thin etc.
Its not going to be an easy time for either of you - but realtionships are like that, they have there ups and downs and I believe that if you two can come out of this together then you are a very strong couple.
Good luck,

well, i guess she's being frustrated cause of something even she might
not suspect, so what i would try to do is not telling her she's gotta eat, for i think it would do only worse...but helping her finding out what's bothering her and helping her getting over it, because it's not a matter of how much she eats that keeps her losing weight, but it's an emotional thing she needs to get passed...

If shed wont listen to me and wants to not eat herself to death then I'd show some tough love and tell her to beat it until she can stop being so selfish. When she comes back willing to listen I'd then try and help her deal with her problem.

im not a guy but maybe you could talk to her about going to counselling (with a well qualified counsellor or counselling psychologist)......it seems she may have self-esteem issues and they can be very destructive in the long run.......

Tell her she's looking a bit plump and dump her - she's obviously an idiot.
