You should use condoms! Yes they do break but it is still safe sex. The pulling out method is not the best answer either! It doesn't Always Work and its not a reliable Birth Control! If you do not feel comfortable with Condoms, You should not have sex! Don't buy cheap condoms and Don't have sex to rough cause that will also give a higher chance of the condom breaking/ripping! Good Luck!

Before you decide to try the "pull out" method or the "Safe days" method, I recommend calling your local (1) abortion clinic & (2) school or college counselor's office... and ask them what percentage of pregnancies do they see that fall in the catagory of "but we were being careful..." Then either go with abstinence, stricly hands or oral sex, or condom.. and with a condom... put it on early.... no risk of contact, cuz the ejeculation need not even be inside a fertile female to find its way to make pregnancy occur
Also, condoms can puncture...
More importantly, condoms protect from other things....
Still bear in mind even the mighty condom isn't going to be 100% effective against pregnancy & simply CAN'T protect from Herpes

Use a condom. There used to be female intra-uterine devices that would prevent pregnancy, but these have fallen out of favor because some have caused complications.

the only way to be sure is to not have sex at all, condoms sometimes break, and some women do get pregnant while on their period, and "pulling out" isn't always good either because there are sperm in pre-ejaculatory lubricant

No sex is safe sex. Please don't listen to the poster that suggested the pull and pray method or else you'll be here posting a "how do I get rid of the burning heebee jeebees" question or asking us where to buy diapers in 9 months.
If you're going to have sex, please please please use a condom. There are worse things out there then getting pregnant. Don't play Russian Roulette with your life.
