your vagina is a muscle. dont worry about having sex, masturbating (even with a toy ;) ), its not going to make that much of a difference. and a small hole only feels good? it has nothing to do with the size of the hole silly. its reaching your gspot and playing with your clit. dont worry about it.

It is not good for girls as they will become more rubbish with others mentally - better keep silent, for the time being if you can.
But for ladies, it is different, they can do as and when they want.
For boys also no problem - they can do but reduce the number.
