Bush is a criminal, by his own admission.

Bush has admitted ordering illegal warrantless wiretapping in violation of FISA (50 USC 1801) and Title III of the Omnibus Crime Control Act (18 USC 2511). These findings have been confirmed in federal court. Bush has never even denied it.

Bush has admitted committing and ordering actions that our own laws clearly define as war crimes (18 USC 2441). This has been confirmed according to findings of the US Supreme Court.

Bush admits the the crimes. The courts confirm the crimes. What part of this equation is hard for people to understand?

Of course he is a criminal. He has violated the constitution and admitted doing so.
Once he is impeached he must be tried and sentenced according to U.S. law. If he is not impeached and will leave office, i hope that the new president will not pardon him for his crimes. If he gets pardoned, then the new president is as guilty.

Bush isn't a criminal. He has acted within his authority as president.

I can't comment on the National Bar Association.

The only crime here is that you are allowed to use a computer when you don't even know how to punctuate or spell.

But I think I've deciphered (that means decoded) your horrid spelling and yes, the National Bar Association is full of it. No, Geoge Bush is not a criminal.

Now, take your computer and go to the Democratic Party web site and send your money. The educational system obviously needs more of my money and if you give them your money, they might win enough seats to steal some more of mine.

Let's just put it this way, and I quote Herbert Walker Bush, "If they only knew what we have done, they would drag us out to the street and hang us by the neck until we're dead!"

well, considering that the national bar association is one of the top legal authorities in the country, i would be more inclined to believe them than someone who can't even speak english properly

Among many other great accomplishments, Bush signed a law that makes it easier to punish child predators who go to other countries to have sex with children.

Sounds like a hero to me.
