Yes. It is well known that Oliver Stone is an atheist. A large number of atheist groups have him on their lists of prime examples of atheists. It's a long list and I doubt it would sway anyone one way or the other, but it's a matter of public record. If you do a Google search for ["Oliver Stone" atheist], I'd imagine you'd get tens of thousands of hits.
