set a camera up in your bedroom at night... evil elves have been know to run up to a sleeping person and karate chop their throats... some of the really bad one straddle the sleeper, drop their pants and...y'know ... throw lots of salt and wear a tin foil helmet while showering... When the weather changes it affects my sinuses....Post-nasal drip. If that is the problem, it always seems worse in the morning. Drink a lot of water....stay hydrated.
