Run out to the local department store and buy a ten dollar iron... that really is the simplest way to do it.

Now... if by "patch" you mean something like a badge... like a girl scout patch for example... then you can sew it on, rather than iron it on. Another option would be to use hot melt glue... but this is only a temporary fix. It'll come off in the wash.

If by "patch" you mean the type of cloth, with an iron on adhesive you would use to cover a hole, like in the knees of a pair of jeans.... then go buy the iron.. they don't cost much, and it really is the easiest way to put those kinds of patches on.

Good Luck!

If you have a curling iron lying around, plus it in and use as an iron. Do you have a neighbor who has an iron? If not, Wal*Mart has cheapie ones, and I mean cheap.

You could quickly sew them on. You dont have to do the whole thing just little stitches here and there.

Or if you are looking for an even quicker solution. Safety Pins.

Just tack it on with needle and thread. Put a few stitches in about three or four different places. Or if you are really in a pinch safety pins.

If you have an embossing gun, that will work. Secure it in place with a few hand stitches around the outside.
