Hole on side of condenser; condenser is parallel to radiator. Already tried freon sealants- no dice. Help!!

There are several epoxy compounds which MIGHT fix the hole. The secret to making them work is proper surface preparation of the metal first. It has to be CLEAN AND OIL FREE!!

J&B weld would possibly work although there are epoxy compunds available from refridgeration supply stores just for that.

I've had mixed results with them. One that a customer of mine did just recently worked fine. (he did it, I just evacuated and charged it)

Hi remove the codenser from the vehicle .Go to a good radiator repair shop one that welds ,solders and brazes aluminum have them repair the hole ..The reason to take it to the welder is they can pressure test to make sure the weld took. Also remember to replace the o-rings before you rehook up to your system and make sure you have the system evacuated and that it holds vaccum for at least 30 minutes before recharge.
