Chester Copperpot is the name of the dead man the Goonies find down in the caverns; Oswald Chesterfield Copperpot is the Penguin's real name (Batman). Love that Steven Spielberg has a sense of humor!!

it's Chester Copperpot from The Goonies, which was directed by Richard Donner of The Omen, Superman, and all the Lethal Weapon films.
Rudy star Sean Astin is the star, but Corey Feldman, Karrie Green, Josh Brolin, Martha Plimpton, and the kid who played Short Round in Indiana Jones & The Temple of Doom are also in it.

The Penguin was Oswald Cobblepot. Batman Returns. I don't remember what his fathers name was. He was the number one son that was treated like number 2. Why I remember that line, I'll never know.
Chester Copperpot is a hip hop producer in Chicago.

I believe the children found his remains in the cave, identifying him by the things in his wallet. It wasn't Chesterfield. Just Chester. Poor, old Chester. "Goonies" was the movie. Sean Astin was a little boy.
