Lilac or emerald green. Lilac because it's soft and puts me in the mindset of spring and makes me want to run through a meadow. Emerald green because if I were lying in a field of grass and looking down at my feet, I wouldn't be able to tell where land ended and the sky began.

u cant change the colour of the sky because the sky is made up of all kind of colours in which frequency of blue is highest. so we see blue sky. otherwise it would be black like in the night because there would be no light. but if i could change it i would make it light yellow.
