I always choose the dog because I am a dog lover and have used this particular piece since I first played monopoly as a child.

I always pick the iron. While most of my friends used to argue over who got to be the dog or car, I would always pick the iron. It looks like the old amish irons and when I was growing up, my family used collect them. We would go searching through antique stores and find them.
