You are going to want to consult a fertility specialist. A woman's ability drops dramatically at the age of 27 and decreases yearly until around 37 it takes a nose dive. If you're over 36 you should wait only 3 months before seeking fertility counseling. To increase your chances in those 3 months you need to start charting your cycle right away to figure out when you are ovulating.

My daughter was conceived at 37 yrs and 6 months. It was easy for me. Giving birth took away a lot of my energy. Think my body found it harder to recover than it would have 10 years ago.

Hi. I know how u feel. Ive been trying to conceive for 4 months now and Im 36 in November. Whilst Im sure everything is in working order, I can't help but worry and get paranoid that I have left it too late. However, everyone assures me that as long as Im healthy and STOP STRESSING it will hapen eventually......easier said than done !!
Good luck to you

Not hard if you think at the good way, but, just listen what the doctor says about that, and dont be afraid, cause you're maybe not just the only one.
