There are a number of ways to block access to certain web sites.
If you know what sites you wanna block access to, you can edit your host file using a program like Host File Checker

Use your internet settings to block out the web sites you dont want them using. You can block only certian web sites or all web sites relating to certain topics such as "adult content" and so on.

u can block the sites!
just go 2 ur settings n block pop up windows but it wont work 4 all the sites!
u can make an abuse report n block them

You might have this knowledge,If so it's ok for me.try to block it from tools>>internet option>>Security>Restricted site>>and go with the messeges appear. If this will not work
try this.
//for Windows only.....
GO to C:\WINDOWS\system32\drivers\etc\
open 1st hosts file with and open it with notepad.
now write this thing.
127.0.0.1 pornsitename.com
you can give any velid ip address instead of 127.0.0.1 like
ip address of yahoo.com
66.94.234.13 pornsitename.com
save this file and open Internet explorer surfe for the site that you entered in this file.
www.pornsitename.com -->that you entered in hosts file

If u are concerned about ****, u can asign password,in tools internet options-content-content advisor
Or install net nanny.
Or block sites(if u know the site names)

If u are knowing the sites name then block thase sites from your comp. you can do it from tools-internetoptions.Dont forget to change your privacy to highrst level.
