Yes, she is extremely thin. As the first poster stated, she appears to be anorexic. I'm not surprised though. She has battled with addiction for a while now. First it was drugs, now it's her weight. I actually feel sorry for her.

on condition that she benefit weight those days, Nicole Richie seems advantageous yet she needs to learn a tab bit extra weight to look healthful and fit ,maybe 20lbs. She is an extremely lovable female and a brilliant trendsetter.

If you have to ask then most likely yes. A sign that someone is too skinny is when you can see the bones in their neck and chest and their shoulder blades stick out their back farther than their breasts.
