There is no numbness, just pain like I have been exercising too much only I didn¸t exercise at all...

Try taking some Naproxen! You can get a hold of it in Walmart its from the brand Equate! Those work like miracles! That once happened to me and I took 2 pills and in no time I was all better! If you take the pills and after a while your still feeling the same way I recommend going to the doctor as it might be something serious! Good Luck!

if you have any numbness or tingling
loss of bladder or bowel
those are emergencies and you need to be seen NOW.
