I got through the first trimester eating a lot of instant oatmeal and drinking juice boxes. Crackers never helped me, and I actually got very sick of them!
Just basically try and keep something in your stomach all the time and eat what you feel like eating- even if it may not be the most nutritious choice.
Good luck!

how to make the nausea go away i dont think anything can help make the nausea go away it is just part of your body releasing homones for the pregnancy. some doctors say you can have to nausea tablets to combat sickness but i wouldnt touch them i would deal with the sickness and eat little as often small amounts as when i was prescriped nausea tablets with last pregnancy it caused me to miscarriage and go in to labour the child did not survive so i would let your body deal with it naturally hope this helps

The things that helped me the most every time was Cheerios .... not with milk, just plain like the were a snack. I would carry them everywhere with me. And also, saltine crackers. They seemed to really help
Now, I don't recommend that this is the only thing you eat, but if it helps you through the initial nausea -- I say try it!
Yogurt can sometimes settle your stomach too, providing you like it. -- nothing too fancy, just a creamy flavor of your choice. *try to avoid the ones with the fruit in them.

Drinking a small glass of ginger ale in the morning sometimes helped me. Taking luke warm showers instead of hot showers also helped. I avoided dairy in the morning and at night, it always made me sick at those times. Eating something non-sweet in the morning like toast or a hard boiled egg helped, I couldn't eat anything sweet in the morning, it would ruin my day. Eat frequent small meals throughout the day instead of fewer large ones. Make sure to drink enough water, if you can't hold down water try adding a little juice or gatorade. These helped me, I hope they help you too! Keep in mind that it will come to an end soon and you get a precious gift at the end of it all, it's totally worth it.

Have some saltine crackers by your bedside for when you get up in the morning.
Aside from the crackers, you could try this: It may sound crazy, but it worked for me through all my pregnancies.
I always detested vomiting, so when I felt like I was going to throw up, I made myself sneeze. Sneezing has the same psychological effect of expulsion, but is much less unpleasant. Looking at a bright light always did it for me. If that doesn't work for you, you might try tickling your nose with something.
Give it a try. You have nothing to lose.

Licking lemons worked for me. I know it's strange. I don't remember how I came up with it..
If the nausea interferes with your work or functioning, there is a pill doctors prescribe now. I forget the name, starts with a 'D'. Pretty safe, although nothing is ideal.
Pregnancy nausea is the worst, I feel your pain.

try taking your prenatal vitamins at a differnt time of day, helped me not get morning sickness. also try eating a cracker or two, that always helped my nausea go away, most people recommend saltine crackers, butt hose jsut made it worse, ritz crackers work better for some. or even try sucking on a piece of hard candy or a mint.

Try eating crackers or plain toast. You can also try drinking warm ginger ale. Stay away from fried and spicy foods. Hope this helps and good luck with the baby.
