it is half a cubit above water and it sinks 2 cubits.....
In my opinion it can not sink more than 0.5 cubit because then it is completely under water. The water is at least 2 cubits deep.

Need to know the mass of the lotus plant, the volume of air used to propel it, and whether it moved north-south, or east-west from it's initial position.

Please confirm whether the water is sweet or salt. If it is salt what is the % of salinity. Does the bed produce any gas as the bed of Bermuda triangle does.......I thought I can dive into the pool to find the depth.
