I don't think they'll get new partners. I think Olivia wants a new partner because Elliot's anger can get out of control sometimes, but she was so stupid for not shooting him when he was holding the guy to Elliot's head. Who cares, though. He's hot!

I think there was only the partner change because Mariska Hargitay (sp?) was pregnant and needed time off....
