do a list of things to do. you know, more important things first. dont over tire yourself. if you're already tired then take a rest. avoid drinking things like coffee because they alter your sleeping routine.
eat right, exercise well, and manage your time.
choose a time of sleeping in such a way that your sleep is enough even if you wake up at 630, say 11eve? at that time train yourself to be sleeping already.drop all the things you're doing as you do this (this means that you really have to manage your time so that everything's finished at bedtime).
to sleep easily, stop rigorous activities up to 3 hours bfore bedtime... calm down your senses in the form of maybe warm shower and mellow music.
that's all i can say good luck to you.
i have a very good sleeping schedule and it helps the next day to be as bright as possible. hope that will be with you too

You need to see Dr. Daniels. Dr. Jack Daniels. He'll help you to not worry about those little chores and you can go on to bed. I'm totally serious. At least you'll get one good night's sleep in every so often.

I have the same problem. Sometimes it helps me to write out everything I have to do in a list so I can see what I have to do before I go to bed. It helps me budget my time better. I also try to do things the night before, like packing my lunch, so I can sleep in longer. Good luck!

I'm in the same situation, except for the chores part. Can you do them earlier and maybe go for a short walk to calm you down?
