Autotraxx is the best one. And I know because I am electrical engineer. I'm not sure if u can get it for free though!

there are a number of PCB design software available on internet
some of them are
EAGLE (good and easy one)
PROTEL
pcb express
search for these software on google or yahoo u can easily get the download links

ya u can go to www.download.com and then there is a login column on the right up corner of the page type their my user name "atingupta16@gmail.com" and my password "cdwriter" and then in the search box type "PCB design" and then u will find many free softwares and now it is the turn to choose which one u like, but remember to choose that software which have more CNET review because it will help u. Now click on the desire software and then download it

Click on one of the 2 downloaqd icons displayed. Save it to your Hard disk and then install after download gets completed.
