I mean this query both in the metaphorical and physical sense. I know a girl who was cheated on in her past relationship, and abused, yet now she's still very eager to help any male out. She also gets jealous of any females who talk to any of her guy friends. Why?
If I were in her position, I'd treat all future males like the scum they are.

To poster 1: Uh, answering my question with a question is unacceptable.
You deserve an *** whipping, not only for that, but for being male. Cheers.

I was in an abusive relationship and every time i told him I'd leave he'd make me feel guilty. That's part of the abuse. They make you feel guilty. As for the jealousy part, that is just low self esteem. When you stay in an abusive relationship, you have low self esteem. Tell her that I speak from personal experience and getting out makes you so much happier w/yourself.

We-ell, you girls are different in that sense. She's obviously recovered from her past betrayal. Not all guys are scums. You just haven't noticed that, unlike her.
She may also be eager to help out any male and gets jealous of any females who talk to her male friends because she may be trying to get a new guy. Ya never know.

I think sometimes it's fear, fear of being alone. But at least the best thing about her is that she still has hope that not all males are like that, which is true. Maybe people should stop to generalise like her and the world might be a better place. The jealousy thing, I think she needs help
