Since I am a vegetarian, I love all kinds of soup, especially in winter when it's cold, a good, hot bowl of soup is very comforting.
I love the following soups: vegetable, mushroom, minestrone, pea, onion, carrot and sweet potato, brocoli and cauliflower.
