There are two things I know that can treat a relatively innocent and harmless ingrown hair that can end up left untreated, a a nasty infection. An antibiotic gel and oral antibiotics. "Bare" the embarrassment and get er done, see the doc, it could end up turning into something way more painful and also the bacterial infection can spread. I have seen it spread in the bikini line of gals that shave. It is no laughing matter. doctors see way grosser than what you describe. It is a ten minute visit at most. Listen it is just your butt, get it taken care of, you deserve it.

Dude! this is gonna be undignified..... squat over a mirror, get a hot flannel and gently but firmly squeeze from right under the b*gger.. as soon as you see some hair pull it with tweezers. Be gentle so as not to snap it... the pus should start to move now but wont have a hole big enough to get through.... you will have to squeeze real hard( pliers help! ) until you are in tears and it will explode out.. keep going until you get clear liquid and blood.

Please go to the docs and get it removed. I had similar many many years ago on my cocix and it caused an abcess which was unbareablely painful...i couldnt walk (a 10 min walk to work took me nearly half an hour!) i couldnt sit or stand in comfort. I wouldnt have wished it on my worst enemy at the time...(Would be different now tho!! LOL )

go get some wax... the ones the ladies use for their legs, armpits, pubics.. :)
do the same. if the ladies can pull 'em hair at the p***y... i dont see why u cant do it for your anus..... its almost at the same location with theirs, just 3 inches lower :) ... oh... get a BIG mirror if u have a BIG anus :)
may hurt a bit the first time... but u'll get use to it. they can do it, so can u ....

These can be painful, especially if it turns into a pilonidal sinus. That requires minor surgery. Get it seen to now before it gets worse. As a nurse I have seen these many times, and believe me if gets infected you won't be able to sit down!

Get over the embarrasment & go to a doctor - ingrowing haits can occasionally turn into abscesses & can cause huge problems - happened to a girl I worked with. Get it sorted, it's only a butt afterall.
