If you are speaking of fresh cut jasmine for floral uses you can locate a shipping company in your area that offers refrigerated shipping just like rose etc. are shipped from other countries to here. You might want to attach the small water capsule on the bottom of branches to keep them fresh or it might be possible to ship in pails of water. I would quiz the shipping company on the ideal and they might have good suggestion.

I was able to come up with a few companies when i searched "refrigerated shipping". I can't suggest any to you since i don't know your location. You can also do a search at www.411.com and do a company search.

Good luck its a wonderful ideal.
