I'm assuming you mean the highest number that has a specific name; if this is the case, probably what you are looking for is known as "Graham's Number", which is "is often described as the largest number that has ever been seriously used in a mathematical proof" (much larger even than a googol or googolplex) It should be noted that this is only the "highest number" by virtue of the fact that no one has found a use for or named any higher numbers.

What Cadair360 said. Infinity is not actually a number, so much as an idea. So it makes no sense to think of infinity that way. There is no such thing as a "highest number" because it is like asking "what is the greatest possible quantity of apples?" No matter how big the pile of apples, it will always make sense to just throw on an extra apple and make it bigger.
However, if you want to ask about the greatest number with an actual name to it, then the greatest I can think of is the googolplex, which is 10 raised to one googol (pronounced like "google"), where a googol is 10 raised to the power of 100. Wikipedia has some fun facts about how huge this number is.

google---something. I think, though there is no highest, this word I am thinking of is the highest commonly used number... Bleh, I am just thinking out loud. I'm going to go look it up. Be right back!
Well," lighthealer" got it, "Googleplex" that was it.

There is no such thing, because, excluding infinity, there will always be a number one higher than whatever answer is given. I suppose that people became tired and stop giving names to numbers, but someone else could just as easily invent the next number after whatever name is the current highest.

There are words in Hinduism such as kalpas, Brahmas life span etc denoting huge periods of time. It'd be too complicated and long to explain here.

I think it could be Centillion. That's 10 to the power of 100.

unboundedness or 8 horizontal- can't draw it here. It is vertical now,so by plasing it horizontally you'll have an infinite number.
