Why "$NtUninstallKB905414$" folder be created itself in windows 2000?

because windows never knows if it can actually do an update... so it backs up it's settings..... kinda sloppy huh?

Jake is absolutely right, windows update leaves all kinda crap laying around in the windows directory as hidden files and directories.
