If you have alot of moisture in your yard you are giving the frogs a very good environment to live and breed in. Make sure you don't have any standing water and that you water your yard/garden in the morning and not at night. Morning watering allows the sun to evaporate the water, keeping it from collecting too much. Evening watering allows the frogs several hours to frolick. You may also want to spray for bugs, as this is the food they prefer.

Are they frogs or toads? Not knowing where you live and because you note "all sizes" might they be Cane Toads? and are you living in the tropics? Cane toads are on the world's "bad" list as an invasive species that is forcing native frogs and toads out of their habitat. Same as Bullfrogs in N America.
So, first you need to determine what you have and if it is not one of the above, like the other readers answered, you might want to protect them as they are beneficial and some are even endangered. Perhaps your garden is on a migration path?

BTW It really is not a good idea to relocate them, what ever they are, as this upsets the balance in another ecological area, and if they are in deed Cane Toads or Bull Frogs .... you really should do the deed.

I prefer that you leave them alone. The frog population has declined alarmingly in many areas. They've died out or lost their habitats or been affacted negatively by pesticides/herbicides. The exception is if you are in like Arizona, and these are bullfrogs. Bullfrogs swallow everything moving that will fit in their mouth: songbirds, native frogs, fish, other bullfrogs.

There's really no way to make the frogs leave except by removing the cover they are hiding in and the moisture. If you're in a hot, dry, drought-striken area like I am, chances are they will move on once it starts raining.

The frogs are a natural pesticide. Why get rid of them? They will eventually leave and you have the benefit of their taste in bugs for dinner!

Just wait, they will do their thing and leave. An added plus is they will eat a WHOLE LOT of bugs so leave them alone. They dont stay very long. Be grateful you have them as long as you do.
