select your file then right click then choose extract here
!!! wait u must have winrar installed on your pc if u havn't just go to www.download.com and download it it's freeee :=)

Very simple, find the .rar file on your computer , double click it , and it should open winrar, in winrar you want to extract the files. Specify where you want the files to be saved and extract. When you goto where you saved them, you should see all the files :)

launch winrar, navigate to the location of the rar file you want open, double click on rar file.
