With all of the relationships that I've had, and that have failed, the one thing I can look back on and see as a major flaw is that for some reason or another either I was not there for that person during a great time of need, or they were not there for me. And also in looking back and talking with some of these people, that is the one thing they seem to remember also.
So if I had to sum it up in just a few short words it would be "honest endearing non-stop friendship".
As I have grown old and not much to my surprise... alone, if I had to do it all over again I would have never lost my first love, and I would have done anything to make it work, and just to be there.

If u really want so, U should be a good listener. The problem with the society is that we r always trying to tell our problems,feelings, thoughts, etc; but we r not willing to listen to others. There is a lack of the level-of-sharing in the society. If someone discusses one's problem with us, we start giving suggestions; anyone can do this; what a special friend does is he LISTENS & comes to ur level. I do this practice & i never failed in continuing a relation. I m not giving U any suggestion; its only SHARING.
