So I have unnaturally colored hair and some piercings, why do people at Cedar Point feel the need to stare at me so hard that it just becomes plain creepy? Seriously, i'm standing in line for a roller coaster and about 30 people are staring at me and making comments. I say something to them, they stare even harder almost like they're from another planet. None of them will ever say anything back to me though, they just stand there like a moron and keeping staring or they'll look away really fast. Mind you i'm a very attractive slim short girl who's been blessed in the chest area, I get compliments usually every time i'm out. This is why I don't understand the dumb comments and plus I keep to myself and I don't stare or make fun of others. It seems to be 99% of the time its the girls who stare and make the comments, but alot of them are very pretty thats what I don't understand. Usually when I get made fun of, its by obese girls or people who aren't really that pretty.

I've never cared what people have thought about me, i've always been myself and I love who I am. But its totally ridiculous to not even be able to look straight ahead without 30 creepy eyes staring right at you for minutes at a time. It gets totally uncomfortable to the point I feel almost violated.

Not that anyone should stare and point but why do you have "unnaturally" colored hair and piercings if you don't want to draw attention to yourself. Its not like they are staring and pointing at someone with a physical deformity. You should either dress to blend in or learn to ignore.

Because as you said, you are "unnatural". You have the piercings to draw attention to yourself, so you're getting what you really wanted. Why complain now. If you put a dog in a monkey cage, all the monkeys will stand around and gawk at the dog because they are courious, just like the people in line at the amusement park. By the way, when people are standing in serpintine lines at the amusement park, there really are not too many options for things to look at other than the people in line. Your piercings attract others like fish lures.

This is his fiance but, I've had the same problem as you do. At least, when I had pink hair and wore bondage pants, I did. Its just not in Cedar Point, trust me on that :). A lot of the time, its human reaction to reject what they think is abnormal and more then likely, your apperance is abnormal to those who stare and make comments. Other times, it could just be that they get the same reactions from others as they are giving you and they see something different about you, like others see about them, and they point it out and laugh to boost their own ego. I never really cared if someone pointed, laughed or stared at me because I was comfortable with who I was and if they weren't I didn't care because, that is their own insucurities coming out, not mine. Work on that and I think you will be much happier because you can't change those around you.

try 2 pay them no mind, even if thats hard! i think that when ppl normally stare @ others is because they haven't seen any1 that looks like that, but actually sometimes ppl stare or make commets because they r jealous and wish they looked like that! so good 4 u! just don't let them get 2 u, and remember that quite a variety of ppl go 2 cedar point so who knows what they llok like!! :)
