if you're actually including the ? < and > as part of the email address, delete them. I don't think you can include those characters in email addresses at all, and certainly the > will confuse things.

she is only reeiving secure mails so ask her to allow u a certificate or a get a free certificate from verisign for six month your self

Just hit "reply" to her email. If you email her with her address be sure to take the < and > out of the address.
