I'd be nudging the wife mate.
I did four years of 12 or 16 hour nights in a plastics factory in Bristol - too knackered to nudge anything after those shifts.

Give her a nudge, I work 12 hour graveyard shift - my husband and I are like 2 ships passing in the night, I wish he would "give me a nudge" but Im too proud to nudge him myself!

After 12 hours I would shower first. No think ahead and get some followers before coming home, then take the shower get cleaned up. Put some soft music on It would not hurt to light some candles too. lie beside her kissing her all over. DO NOT just come home and go for it. Remember when you where dating do those kinds of things for her. Because if you want someone else will. Just read up a little at the remark from that jack--s I have all ready tired her out. He knows nothing about how to pleasing a women.

I have always liked working nights, and my shifts were always between 12 and 16 hours, but when I got home, I was never tired, so I guess that would depend on how tired you are, or how long it has been since you have "nudged" her...

Give her a nudge? Are you kidding me? Why? so she can roll over to the other side of the bed? Why not shower, throw on some cologne she loves, and gently start kissing her neck? Caress her a little....something other than nudging honey....you'll get a better response.

Definitely, however a wonderful wife should be up waiting for you and looking her best. Whatever hours my husband has worked I have always got up with him in the morning ( at the moment it's 04.30am ) and when he used to get home at 03.00am I would be up, showered, make up on ready to greet him, men love to be spoilt !!!!!!!!!!! After all that effort you men just can't resist showing your appreciation.
