It depends on what you mean by you don't feel anything... are you not having orgasms, or you can't feel your partners penis? Have you been with multiple partners and experienced the same thing? Are you able to experience an orgasm at all? When you masturbate can you have an orgasm? If yes, then: there are actually a lot of reasons of why you can't "feel" very much while having sex. The first reason that a woman might not be able to feel a guy is because the guy's penis is too small to feel or the woman is too stretched out to feel the guys penis. The second is, is that women generally do not have orgasms from having normal intercourse. The female G-spot is the clitoris, and needs to be stimulated for some women to experience an orgasm.
I think you need to look at some kama sutra positions that will stimulate your clitoris.

If you can't have an orgasm from masturbating, then there may be a bigger problem!!!

Yes! You need to see a doctor. The human sex drive is a vital part of physical and mental health. If the sensation has diminished or is non existent then you will if not already are experiencing a diminished sex drive.

Is the penis extra small or what? If you are a woman, is he just that small? If you are a man, maybe her vagina has been worn out. Those are vice-versa answers. Cause if it is a big penis, and you can't feel a thing, that means that your vagina is worn out. Try squeezing those pussy muscles. If the dick is small and he can't work it to make it feel good, that is why you can't feel a thing. And you never will.

sadly, i've heard that there are actually a lot of women who suffer from this, and only thirty percent of women can reach orgasm from sex. i don't know if there are any treatments you could try, but i would definitely see a doctor just in case.
