It's true. Small insects, particularly piders crawl into our mouths while we sleep. Have you ever noticed anyone napping? they move their mouths and clench their jaws...it IS instinct. The girl at work wasnt kidding. Anyways, i heard insects have a lot of protein!

I don't know. Am not paying attention to spiders wen am sleeping. But gee, I REALLY doubt that that's true. HEY! Maybe u cud try sitting up an entire night and watch sumone else sleep! And see if there are spiders climbing into their mouths!

No its not true spiders like to eat other insects and they dont like wet places like your mouth. My friend woke up and had a dead roach in her crack so that has nothing to do with your question but I thought I could share.

No she was not. Watch TV. and you will find out that it is a lot more then just spiders that we eat while we sleep.
