The Biodiversity Crisis - the class had 10 students and all we did was take field trips and discuss endagnered or extinct habitats and species
Communication Disorders in the Media - we watched movies that showed communication disorders (like Nell, Rainman, Mr. Holland's Opus, etc.) and did projects on people with speech disorders.
Racquetball - I played racquetball for an hour twice a week and got an A - how great is that for a GPA booster!
German Fairy Tales - we read fairy tales from the Grimm brothers and then discussed their relevance today. We also watched and read modern day adaptations of the classics. Then we formed groups and wrote our own short tales which we then read to the class.
College is fun - even if your major is boring, find the time to take classes that will interest you.

It all depended on the teachers. Because of some, I started to like French and History, because of others, I lost my interest in Math and Physics.
