Does anyone here have or know someone with OCD. I believe I have it and was wondering if anyone out there has "managed" it without medication? What did you do? Please don't send me to a website because I've been to them. Just looking for some personal experiences of someone who overcame, or (slowed down if you will) There OCD. My biggest problem is that I feel if I don't do certain rituals (if you have OCD you know what I am talking about) that someone in my life will be hurt. Obviously I know this won't happen, but I still have trouble controlling it (just in case ya' know) Serious answers only please. Thanks for your help....
