it actually hurts most where there is not a lot of fat
such as, the ankle, the toe, the neck, etc.
you can actually buy patches that look like bandages, but have a numbing agent on them
you put them on the area where you are going to get tatooed.
needs to be done 1/2 hour-1 hour before you get tatoo
my mom used them when she got her tatoo
you can buy them at the drugstore!

It all depends on the person and their pain tolerance...no one is the same... I have a number of tattoos on my arm (12 including my hand+ 3 others) and I have to say the most painful was the one on the side of my neck... and my husband says the one across his stomach was bad.... but again everyone is different...

Nah, I found the tattoos on my arms were the easiest. But keep in mind that everybody's pain tolarence is different.
Most people find that the inner arm is sensitive aswell as the armpit.

Tats on the arm are nothing. The worst and most sensetive place I'v gotten them so far is my face..Left and right ear to ear...I'm scheduled to do my forehead and the rest of my scalp closer to the end of the year...The arm is probably the best place to try one out because it's not too bad!!!

As some of the others have said, the ankle, foot and any areas that are bony and have less fatty tissue. I have one on my left chest area above the breast. It was a little uncomfortable but, bareable, and as another person answered " nothing compares to the pain of child birth."

Depends where you are most sensitive. I hear, like the girl above me, the ankle hurts. But I had one done on my back, and that's a sensitive place.

the worst places are middle of the chest on the bone, inside of the arm by the armpit, elbow, skull, kneecap, shoulderblade, clavical, other than that they are no big deal.

I heard the one that hurts the most is if it's on your ankle/foot area, b/c it's so close to the bone.

the arm is the easiest one. piece of cake. its like being tickled by a small nail. worst part..well your butt and your vagina, inside of your thighs and inside part of your armpit.

The most painful tatoos are on the bone... where there is no fat such as toes, face and spine.. OUCH! The most fatty places are less painful.. MORE FAT = LESS PAIN!
