And who hails the all-mighty Jeff Corwin? I hate to be tasteless, but I didn't like the guy. Am I the only one?

yeah i met jeff corwin when i was younger at a church camp in 4th grade. didnt like him thena nd dont liek him now. do you know jeff basically uses the animals and places them where he wants and claims that he has "found them" yeah right.... havent u noticed that ll the animals just seem to appear wherever he goes? dont be a lame ***

steve was an awsome man he actually got into the action, jeff cowin just sits behind the animals and talks bout them.....lol while steve would wrestle crocs! crikeys! steve irwin will always be remembered. jeff will never be as good as steve irwin was! '

Actually, Elizabeth, his name was Steve Corwin. I see some people are upset at your question. But should we be two-faced and hide our objections to this offensive man because he died? Or must we be like peace-mongers and silence our opinions because how dare we disagree? And why is it wrong to think that a man who endangers a baby by holding it in one arm while playing with a crocodile with the other arm is deplorable? The man was an idiot and may he rest in peace.

I liked Steve Irwin, "The Crocodile Hunter". His passion for perserving endangered wild life by taking risks to help them indeed was impressive. His public stunts were more than showmanship, they were Irwin's platform to vocal out loud the need for us all to join in and make efforts to perserve endangered animal wild life.

Jeff Corwin was wrong: Steve "Crocodile Hunter" was NOT invincible. Steve Irwin will be missed by all, adults and children, planet-wide who adored him.

The only problem of this tragedy I have is that people all over Earth are pouring in $$$$ to help the surviving Irwin children with their education expenses--and neither Irwin child has gotten past elementary school. It's one thing to help a common low to middle income widower with children in such a manner; it's garish to have people be so generous to an already established multi-millionaire. Where's the logic in giving millions to the children of millionaires?????

i will never forget the image of steve irwin talking to the camera while sharks were in a feeding frenzy all around him while he stood in the water...the guy was a crazy kook but he was fascinating, funny and very entertaining...i kind of felt one day his luck would run out the way he took risks dealing with wildlife but i would never have guessed it would take a stingray to be the culprit....my condolences to his friends and family....he was one of a kind and his legacy will continue as his shows run on animal planet
