I'm guessing that you mean that a pet mouse was caught on a glue trap and you want to get it free?. Read all I have written before starting!

1. sprinkle talc powder or flour on the trap so that there is no more sticky glue exposed.

2. Gently and very slowly remove the back right leg. When it is free of the glue, sprinkle flour of powder on it so that it remains free.

3 very slowly remove the other limbs, one at a time from the glue. Keep in mind that the mouse might try to bite you, so wear gloves or have someone else restrain the mouses mouth!

4. Make sure that during this whole process that the mouses nose is free of the glue and the mouse is able to breath.

5. Mouse bones are very fragile. When you lift the limb from the glue, do it very very slowly so that the mouse bones don't break.

6. Do not attempt to save a wild mouse. If you have caught a wild mouse, it WILL try to bite you and it probably has disease. Have someone kill it quickly so that it doesn't suffer. Don't use glue traps for controling mice unless nothing else works.

You can try to pour warm soapy water and vinegar on where it is sticky, and often it can loosen the sticky glue and they can get off. Be careful if you do though, that it doesn't bite you, unless you have already had your tetanus shot, even then though, if it bites you, you should still get it looked at by a Doctor, and be careful that you don't brake the mouses feet! You could just take it to a vet, that would be alot easier, just say it's your "pet" mouse and they might help you get it off, then you can just let it go in a bush. Good Luck, you sound like a nice person, it's good that someone cares about creatures other then themselves! :]
