m going to Bulgaria for Med. school and i know education is more difficult in Europe. than the U.S.A. Should i be worried about how i will do there? Especially not knowing how to take Oral exams?

don't worry about it now...can't do much now. just go to the first day of school...see how it is...do ur best...stick it out for at least the first semester/quarter. u'll be able to answer ur own question better then.
i think u'll be ok. just try.

Bulgaria for Med School?? With all the med schools in the US? Whats up with that? If there are 2 resumes for a doctor position, and one candidate shows University of Bulgaria med school and an other says any one of the top 50 med schools in the US, who do you think is going to get hired, all other things being equal?

I finished Med University in Bulgaria.. But I`m bulgarian... If you know English- no problem... Some bribe will be usefull for you sometimes...
